Where is my Order ID?

Your Order ID was sent to your email right after you completed checkout. Search your inbox for an email from Mazyan with the subject "Order Confirmation".

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping time depends on the delivery option you selected at checkout. You'll receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

My tracking number isn't working yet — is that normal?

Yes, tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate after your order is dispatched. If it's still not updating after 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

My order seems delayed — what should I do?

Please reach out to our support team with your Order ID. We'll investigate within 2 business days and keep you updated every step of the way.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
