Ordering

How do I place an order on Mazyan?

Simply browse our collection, select your item and size, then add it to your cart. At checkout, choose your delivery method — Standard or Express — and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID right away.

What happens after I place my order?

After your order is confirmed, our team prepares and inspects your item at our Saudi Arabia warehouse. If you chose Standard delivery, your order joins the current shipment batch. If you chose Express, your order ships within 24 hours. You'll receive email updates at each stage.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes — a full order summary and invoice is sent to your email immediately after checkout. You can also access your order history and invoices by logging into your account on Mazyan.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You may request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been packed or shipped yet. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your Order ID. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I order for someone else as a gift?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. If you'd like a gift note included, mention it in the order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Delivery

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery — ships when the current batch reaches 30 orders, estimated 7–14 business days. Express Delivery — ships within 24 hours of your order, estimated 2–5 business days. An additional fee of RM 150–3,000 applies for Express based on item weight.

How long does Standard delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days after your batch ships. The batch ships once 30 orders have been collected. You can check the current batch progress on our homepage. We'll notify you by email the moment your batch ships.

How long does Express delivery take?

Express orders ship within 24 hours of being placed and arrive in 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you deliver to Singapore?

Yes! We deliver to both Malaysia and Singapore. Both Standard and Express options are available for both countries, with the same estimated delivery times.

Can I upgrade from Standard to Express after ordering?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can upgrade to Express. Contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and we'll arrange the upgrade. The express shipping fee will apply based on your item's weight.

How do I track my order?

Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and billing email. You'll see the current status of your shipment. You'll also receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as local Malaysian payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details.

When is payment charged to my account?

Payment is charged immediately at the time of checkout when your order is confirmed. You will receive an email receipt right away.

Are prices shown in Malaysian Ringgit?

Yes, all prices on Mazyan are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you're ordering from Singapore, your bank may apply a currency conversion — please check with your bank for any applicable fees.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses bank-level encryption and security. Mazyan never stores your card details on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for size errors made at the time of ordering. Each product page has a detailed size guide — please review it carefully before purchasing. If you need sizing help, contact us before placing your order.

When can I return an item?

Returns are only accepted if: you received the wrong item, your item arrived damaged or defective, or the item is significantly different from its description. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the item.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes — exchanges are possible, but you will cover all shipping costs for both returning the original item and receiving the new one. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange this.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund is approved, it is processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

I received a damaged item — what do I do?

Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your Order ID and photos via WhatsApp or email and our team will resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Products & Sizing

Where are your products sourced from?

All products on Mazyan are sourced directly from verified brands and suppliers in Saudi Arabia. We work directly with each supplier and inspect every item at our warehouse before it is shipped to you.

Are the products genuine?

Yes — 100%. Every product on Mazyan is authentic and sourced directly from the brand or supplier. We never sell counterfeit or imitation goods. What you see is exactly what you get.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections. If you're unsure, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent colours in our product photos. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. These minor differences do not constitute grounds for a return.

What is a Wishlist and how do I use it?

The Wishlist lets you save products you love so you can find them easily later. Click the heart icon on any product to add it to your Wishlist. You can view your Wishlist anytime by clicking the Wishlist icon in the top navigation bar.
