Introduction
1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or placing an order on Mazyan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of mazyan.com.
Ordering
2. Placing an Order
→ All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation
→ Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
→ We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it, with a full refund issued
→ You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted
Shipping & Delivery
3. Mazyan offers two delivery options selected at checkout:
- Standard Delivery: Your order ships when the current batch reaches 30 orders. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: Your order ships within 24 hours of placement. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days. An additional fee of RM 150–3,000 applies based on weight
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control
- Mazyan currently delivers to Malaysia and Singapore only
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address
Payments
4. Payment & Pricing
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering
- We accept Stripe and local payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and secure
- Mazyan reserves the right to update product prices at any time. Prices shown at checkout are final for confirmed orders
- We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank
Returns & Refunds
5. Returns & Refunds
Our full Refund & Returns policy is available at mazyan.com/refund-returns. Key points:
- Refund requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return
- Express shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method
Products
6. Product Accuracy
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight colour variations may occur due to photography and screen settings. These do not constitute grounds for a refund.
All products sold on Mazyan are sourced from verified Middle Eastern suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit goods.
Liability
7. Limitation of Liability
Mazyan's liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
General
7. General Terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting
- Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
