Standard Delivery — Step by Step

You place your order

Your order is confirmed and added to the current shipment queue.

We collect 30 orders

We wait until we have 30 orders ready. This keeps shipping costs low for everyone. You can see the live batch count on our homepage.

Batch ships from Middle East
Once the batch is full, all orders are packed and shipped together from our warehouse in Saudi Arabia.
Arrives in Malaysia / Singapore
Your shipment clears customs and is handed to the local courier for final delivery.
Delivered to your door
Your order arrives at your address. You'll receive a notification when it's out for delivery.

Express Delivery — Step by Step

You place your order
You select Express at checkout and pay the express shipping fee.
Shipped immediately
Your order is packed and dispatched from our Middle East warehouse within 24 hours — no waiting for other orders.
In transit
Your order is on its way via express courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivered to your door
Your order arrives quickly — perfect for occasions, gifts, or when you simply can't wait.

How do I know which option I chose?

Your delivery method is shown in your order confirmation email. You can also check it by tracking your order on our Order Tracking page.

Can I switch from Standard to Express after ordering?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact our team on WhatsApp with your Order ID and we'll arrange the upgrade. The express fee will apply based on your item's weight.
What happens if the batch takes a long time to fill?

We monitor each batch closely. If a batch is taking longer than expected, we may ship it earlier to ensure you receive your order within a reasonable timeframe. We'll notify you by email if this happens.

Is express shipping available for all products?

Express shipping is available for most items. The fee varies depending on item weight and dimensions. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Do you deliver to Singapore?

Yes! Both Standard and Express delivery are available to Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery times and fees are the same for both destinations.
