Please Choose Your Size Carefully

Our products are sourced from Middle Eastern brands and shipped internationally. Because of the nature of cross-border logistics, we are unable to process returns for personal preference or sizing errors made at the time of ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order — we're happy to help you find the right fit.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selections. Each product page includes a detailed size guide — please check it carefully before placing your order.

When we accept returns

Returns Accepted Only in These Cases

We will accept a return and issue a full refund only if:

  1. You received the wrong item— a different product, colour, or style than what you ordered
  2. Your item arrived damaged or defective due to a fault on our end or during shipping
  3. Your item is significantly different from the product description on our website
To process a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

  1. Wrong size ordered by the customer
  2. Change of mind after purchase
  3. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  4. Items returned without original packaging
  5. Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
  6. Sale or discounted items
Exchange policy

Want to Exchange Your Item?

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, we can arrange this — however, please note:

  • You are responsible for the full shipping cost of returning the original item to our warehouse
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of the new item being sent to you
  • The original item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

To start an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund process

How Refunds Work

  1. Contact us within 48 hours Send your Order ID and clear photos of the item and packaging via WhatsApp or email.
  2. We review your request Our team will assess your case within 2 business days and confirm whether your refund is approved.
  3. Return the item (if required) In some cases we may ask you to return the item before processing the refund. We will cover return shipping for approved cases on our end.
  4. Refund issued Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
